Shipping and Returns

COVID-19 Update - Due to the Coronavirus related issues, some of our shipping operations are impacted and are causing delays to a small number of orders. 

We will ship your order within 24 hours after receiving your order (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).

US Orders

2-3 businesses days to 95% of the US and 5-7 days for all other locations. The estimated shipping time for your location  will be displayed on the product of interest. 

International Orders

Orders may take 7-14 days after order date depending on your country for countries outside the US. 

If there are any issues, please feel free to contact us or track your order with the tracking order that will be provided upon shipment.  

If you have any questions related to shipping, please feel free to send us an email through our "Contact Us" form at the bottom of every page, please keep an eye on your email for a response. We will respond within 24 hours. 

Tracking:

After purchase, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will be able to link to our. Track your order page and use that number to the progress of your order every step of the way. 

 

Return & Refund Policy: Thanks for shopping at Eternal Clear

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for covering return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Lost or damaged items on arrival

While we work very hard to carefully select shipping partners, from time to time, orders are lost in transit or damaged due to shipping and handling. This only affects a small percentage of orders and is mainly for international orders outside of the US> For this reason, to have complete peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your orders if they are valued over $100 or if they are international. This will ensure that your purchase is protected no matter what issues may arise during shipping. 

We ONLY provide refunds for items lost in transit, or items that arrive damaged due to shipping and handling if you have purchased shipping insurance. We do not provide refunds or review claims for orders that do not have shipping insurance as any shipping related issues are out of our hands. 

Cancellation

Note: We will do our best to cancel your order if we are notified in time and the products have not shipped.  

Wholesale Orders

Refunds and Returns

1. All wholesale orders are final. No refunds are available at any time for wholesale orders. 

2.We are happy to assist with the replacement of any damaged products if they are reported within 30 days after the products arrive to you (not to your final customers). 
3. It may take up to 30 days for larger orders to arrive (100+). These will be discussed with your account manager prior to placing the order. 

4. Cancellation are not available for wholesale orders.
